Hello! I'm Lindsey Flatt
I'm a Business Systems Analyst and Front-End Developer based in Fort Worth, TX. Iny my current role, I'm responsible for managing contact center and telephony systems, ensuring reliable performance and delivering solutions that support business needs.
To expand my technical expertise, I completed the SheCodes Coding Bootcamp, where I gained hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and other front-end technologies. Several of my projects are featured on the Projects page.
I'm open to roles as a Business Systems Analyst, Front-End Developer, or hybrid positions that combine both skill sets. A summary of my skills and expertise is provided below.

- Knowledge and experience with contact center and telephony technologies (Five9, Genesys, 8x8), including ACD, IVR, and IVA management, call flow design, IVR scripting, campaign configuration, dialer management, CRM/API integrations, KPI/performance reporting, speech analytics, quality monitoring, and process efficiency analysis.
- Skilled in system support, troubleshooting, and Agile/Scrum delivery, including SIT/UAT planning, test execution, defect management, and implementation of system enhancements.
- Technical expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Python, responsive web design, Git/GitHub, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experienced in developing end-user training materials and facilitating training sessions, creating technical design documentation, process mapping, requirements gathering, and executing change management initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, adaptability, and organizational abilities supporting business and technical objectives.
